Job Summary
Engage with customers to educate them on AT&T products and guide them through the buying process while meeting personal performance goals and company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions and participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Maintain a clean, fun work environment and collaborate with the team to exceed both individual and collective targets. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
