Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process while meeting personal performance goals and company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions, participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities, and maintain a clean, exciting work environment. Develop skills through ongoing training to support team goals and advance toward management opportunities. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in an energetic retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk around
- Must be able to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to balance on ladders
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to crouch
- Must have dexterity
- Must be able to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
