Job Summary
Engage with customers to educate them on AT&T products and services while guiding them through the buying process. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards by delivering outstanding customer service and participating in daily marketing activities. Help customers make informed decisions and maintain a clean, fun work environment for both clients and team members. Work as a team member to collectively exceed person and team goals. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with most of the day spent standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
