Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards while delivering outstanding customer service. Participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities and maintain a clean, fun environment for the team. Work as a team member to collectively exceed person and team goals. This role requires experience in retail or customer-facing sales, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and strong communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred, and experience with outbound prospecting is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
