Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process to meet personal performance goals and company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service while helping clients make informed decisions. Maintain a clean, fun work environment and collaborate with team members to exceed individual and collective targets. Participate in daily marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around
- Moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders
- Balancing on ladders
- Stooping
- Kneeling
- Crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
