Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process while meeting personal performance goals and company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions and participate in daily marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities. Maintain a clean, fun work environment for both customers and team members while collaborating to exceed individual and team targets. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around
- Moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders
- Balancing on ladders
- Stooping
- Kneeling
- Crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Working with small parts in mobile phones
- Looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
