Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process while meeting personal performance goals and company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions and participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Maintain a clean, fun work environment and collaborate as a team member to exceed both individual and collective targets. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands involving prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
