Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards while delivering outstanding customer service. Participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities and maintain a clean, fun work environment. Work as a team member to collectively exceed person and team goals. Develop skills through ongoing paid training to advance toward management opportunities. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base pay plus commission structure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around
- Moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders
- Balancing on ladders
- Stooping
- Kneeling
- Crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Working with small parts in mobile phones
- Looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
