Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer. Engage with customers to educate on AT&T products and services, guide purchasing decisions, participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities, maintain a fun and productive store environment, and pursue opportunities for advancement. Qualifications include prior retail or customer-facing sales experience, ability to work flexible hours, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped commissions with training and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
