Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process while meeting and exceeding personal performance goals. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions and maintain a clean, fun environment for both customers and team members. Participate in daily marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities and work collaboratively to exceed person and team targets. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base pay and commission structure that rewards dedication.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
