Job Summary
Engage with customers daily to educate them on AT&T products and services, guiding them through the buying process while maintaining a clean, energetic environment. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards by delivering outstanding customer service and participating in marketing activities that maximize selling opportunities. Train and develop your skills to become a top sales associate, working as a team member to collectively exceed person and team goals. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on standing, walking, and handling merchandise up to 10 pounds. Join My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations, to inspire team members through journeys that connect with customers and realize goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk around
- Must be able to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to balance on ladders
- Must be able to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Must have dexterity
- Must be able to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
