Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process while meeting personal performance goals and company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions and participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Maintain a clean, fun work environment for both customers and team members while collaborating to exceed person and team objectives. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in an energetic retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
