Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards while delivering outstanding customer service. Participate in marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities and help customers make informed decisions. Maintain a clean, fun work environment and collaborate with the team to exceed person and team goals. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
