Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards while delivering outstanding customer service. Participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities and work as a team member to exceed person and team goals. Maintain a clean, fun work environment for customers and colleagues. This role requires experience in retail or customer-facing sales, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication skills. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T authorized retailer with over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
