Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process while meeting and exceeding personal performance goals. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions and participate in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Maintain a clean, fun work environment and collaborate with team members to exceed both individual and collective targets. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in an energetic retail setting with over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around
- Moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders
- Balancing on ladders
- Stooping
- Kneeling
- Crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
