Job Summary
Engage with customers daily to educate them on AT&T products and services while guiding them through the buying process. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards by delivering outstanding customer service and participating in marketing activities that maximize selling opportunities. Maintain a clean work environment and collaborate with the team to exceed both individual and collective targets. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing and walking for prolonged periods while lifting objects up to 10 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around
- Moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders
- Balancing on ladders
- Stooping
- Kneeling
- Crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Working with small parts in mobile phones
