Job Summary
Engage with customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the buying process while meeting personal performance goals and company standards. Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients make informed decisions and maintain a clean, energetic work environment. Participate in daily marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities and contribute to team goals. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-growing retail team with opportunities for training, development, and uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around
- Moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders
- Balancing on ladders
- Stooping
- Kneeling
- Crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Working with small parts in mobile phones
- Looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
