Job Summary
Engage with customers to educate them on AT&T products and services, guiding them through the buying process while maintaining a clean, energetic environment. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards by delivering outstanding customer service and participating in daily marketing activities to maximize sales opportunities. Work as a team member to collectively exceed person and team goals while developing skills for potential management advancement. This role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a base pay and commission structure rewarding dedication to sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around
- Moving about for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders
- Balancing on ladders
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
