Retail Sales Associate

Part-time Retail Sales Associate for Movado Group company store in Riverhead, NY. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, building merchandise knowledge, merchandising to company guidelines, maintaining a neat and secure store environment, handling ticketing and displays, following security/loss-prevention procedures, and assisting with watch servicing such as sizing and battery changes. The ideal candidate should have strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, or luxury retail, and be capable of delivering excellent interpersonal communication. A flexible schedule is preferred to accommodate store needs. Benefits include hourly compensation starting at $17.00 and commission on all sales, plus employee discounts and 401K eligibility.
