Retail Sales Associate

Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers while achieving or exceeding individual sales goals. Develop expertise on merchandise, merchandise products per company guidelines, and maintain a neat, professional store environment. Service watches (sizing and battery changes) and support the store with additional tasks as needed. Ideal candidate has strong selling skills, experience in luxury retail or related watches/jewelry/fashion, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Compensation includes an hourly rate starting at $16.90 plus commission on all sales. Location is Movado Company Store at Carlsbad Premium Outlets, Carlsbad, CA.
