Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate in Moraine Lake Trading store (Moraine Lake Lodge) responsible for greeting and assisting guests, processing POS transactions, maintaining merchandise standards and store cleanliness, delivering excellent guest service, contributing to daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, and building sales through suggestive selling while developing product knowledge and communicating guest concerns to management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 yr previous customer service experience
- Experience with POS system and cash handling
- Must be 100% guest service oriented, have excellent people skills with a positive and upbeat personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Second language is an asset
- Outdoor enthusiast, a passion for hiking and exploring the Rocky Mountains
