Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner while forging lasting relationships and communicating brand values through insightful product knowledge. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit to ensure every customer receives the best service. Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment by seeking new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear. Maintain the sales floor by stocking inventory every evening, ensuring the space remains neat, clean, and organized to reflect correct visual directives. Execute cash control procedures including bank deposits and petty cash, while collaborating with management on inventory management and communicating product concerns. Work nights, weekends, and holidays with punctuality to support these operational and sales objectives.
