Job Summary
Greet customers, provide product guidance, and generate sales while maintaining a high level of customer service. Advise clients on merchandise use and care, participate in merchandising and promotional activities, and assist with setting up displays. Ensure accuracy in transactions and inventory, perform store maintenance, and work in partnership with store managers to maximize sales and in-store presence. Maintain professional appearance, product knowledge, and a positive demeanor. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting 25 pounds, and working overtime as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Clear criminal record
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
