Job Summary
Model and coach consumers through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations functions. Suggest looks incorporating latest trends and promotions based on consumer needs, while promoting the omni experience via the Red Tab Loyalty program. Resolve consumer concerns consistent with company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues. Efficiently handle cash handling, merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with Levi's® policy and follow directives of store management. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 40 pounds with constant standing and walking.
Required Qualifications
- Is fashion savvy and interested in current trends
- Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks
- You are available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holidays
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be 16 years old
