Job Summary
Greet every guest, perform cash register functions, and deliver a professional, friendly experience at LEGO® stores. Maintain a clean, safe environment by executing daily cleaning duties, managing store displays, and adhering to brand visual standards. Safely operate the stockroom, assist with merchandise receiving, and report potential shortages to management. Resolve customer issues and communicate effectively with team members while processing information through the register system. Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends to provide availability of up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
Required Qualifications
- Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Involves lifting at least 30 lbs
- Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day
- Availability must span at least three days
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer
