Job Summary
Build strong, personalized relationships with customers while offering tailored product recommendations across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances. Conduct product demonstrations, share application tips, and drive sales through effective communication of benefits and promotions. Assist with inventory management, maintain an organized store environment, and occasionally lead in-store beauty workshops. Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement. This part-time role requires flexible availability including weekends and evenings. Commission and bonus opportunities are available alongside merchandise discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty and staying updated with the latest trends and products
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct experience
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or department
- Prolonged exposure to fragrance and home fragrance products
- Frequent use of computers, handheld electronic equipment and cash registers
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25lbs
