Job Summary
Build strong client relationships and provide personalized beauty recommendations across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances. Share product expertise by conducting demonstrations, offering application tips, and driving sales through effective communication of benefits and promotions. Assist with inventory management to ensure product availability and maintain an organized store environment. Participate in in-store beauty workshops and collect customer feedback for management insights. This part-time role requires flexible availability including weekends and evenings, with a commission and bonus structure.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty and staying updated with the latest trends and products
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct experience
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or department
- Prolonged exposure to fragrance and home fragrance products
- Frequent use of computers, handheld electronic equipment and cash registers
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25lbs
