Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to guide shoppers on selection, usage, and care of products. Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash management and security inspections, to support store profitability. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining a professional demeanor. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, responsible, and able to take ownership of store operations when entrusted with key-holder duties
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift to 20 pounds
