Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate and Keyholder responsible for greeting customers, assisting with product selection, operating POS and cash handling, stocking and inventory monitoring, delivering product knowledge, achieving sales targets, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with opening/closing procedures. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in sales/customer service/retail; strong interpersonal and multitasking skills; ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds; prior Key Holder or supervisory experience is recommended; enthusiasm for games, puzzles, and pop culture is a plus. Part-time position in Fredericton, NB.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, responsible, and able to take ownership of store operations when entrusted with key-holder duties
- Passion for or knowledge of pop culture, board games, and puzzles is a plus
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift to 20 pounds
- Previous Key Holder or supervisory experience is recommended
