Job Summary
Drive sales and open/close the store while assisting staff in reaching and exceeding goals. Achieve personal sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and capture all CRM data per company guidelines. Merchandise products, maintain a clean working environment, and monitor merchandise control logs as designated. Service watches including sizing and battery changes, and follow all security and loss prevention procedures. Requires strong selling skills, preferably in watch or luxury retail, with previous management experience strongly preferred. Flexible schedule needed to meet business objectives.
