Job Summary
Greet customers, build relationships, and drive sales by offering personalized recommendations and meeting daily sales goals. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering floors, updating pricing, and ensuring the sales area is clean and organized. Engage with shoppers through warm welcomes, eye contact, and sharing loyalty program benefits to inspire repeat visits. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and credit accounts while collaborating with teammates to support store performance. Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet quarterly hour requirements.
Required Qualifications

- minimum work requirements of 42 hours per quarter during 1st, 2nd, 3rd fiscal quarter (February - April, May - July, August - October.)
- During 4th Fiscal Quarter (November - January) you will be required to work a minimum of 60 hours during the quarter
