Job Summary
Meet sales goals through engaging consultations with customers in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment. Educate customers on tanning and product safety, maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash, and perform opening/closing routines plus daily administrative tasks. Leverage training in sales and customer service to drive commission-based earnings and participate in growth opportunities, with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail/customer service experience.
