Job Summary
Listen to customers to assist them in finding the best product and expand your product knowledge to deliver engaging solutions. Follow up with clients, provide product demonstrations, and set up attractive displays while engaging in meaningful interactions to develop positive relationships. Submit daily sales reports and end-of-day reports accurately while meeting daily targets. Provide feedback for improvement to the retail and management team. This role requires Malaysian citizenship, at least 18 years of age, and a minimum of one year of retail experience. You must be comfortable working six days a week and understand consumer electronics technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Malaysian
- 18 years old and above
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
- Willingness to learn and understand the consumer electronics technical specifications
- Strong Communication and people skills
- Passionate in engaging customers and providing excellent service
- Comfortable working 6 days a week
