Job Summary
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner while forging lasting relationships and communicating brand values through insightful product knowledge. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit. Manage daily operations by ensuring the backroom is tidy, handling destock and restock, organizing supplies, and supporting weekly cycle counts. Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and ensure shipments are received and processed in a timely manner. Work in a team-based commission environment to achieve sales goals while maintaining a happy, optimistic outlook. Available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work a schedule that includes a combination of early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
