Job Summary
Greet and assist customers with knowledgeable product recommendations on wigs and hairpieces, then process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure products are well stocked while assisting with inventory management, including restocking, returns, and stocktaking. Work reliably according to the assigned schedule to ensure consistent customer service and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.
