Retail Sales Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Support store recovery efforts, participate in shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the day. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed.
