Job Summary
Greet customers, assist shoppers on the sales floor, and maintain a welcoming store environment. Operate cash registers accurately while processing transactions, and cross-train to support backdoor donation operations and safely handle incoming items. Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising presentation standards are met. Required Qualifications
- Able to follow pricing guidelines established in the pricing guide
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Ability to stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items
- lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds
- Comfortable with standing for long periods of time
- the possibility of occasionally working where temperatures and climate can fluctuate
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience handling cash, and utilizing cash registers, credit card machines, and POS systems preferred
