Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate providing customer service and merchandising in a Goodwill Retail facility; responsibilities include serving customers, assisting managers to meet sales goals, processing sales transactions with cash handling, maintaining store cleanliness and professional appearance; requires ability to interact with customers, work as a team member, follow instructions, multi-task, stay calm under pressure; education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; physical requirement to lift 35 pounds; must be able to work a variety of hours; may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and theft-related criminal background check.
