Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Goodwill Industries of Mississippi, responsible for providing professional customer/donor service, greeting customers, ringing up purchases at the POS, stocking donated goods, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and promoting the Roundup program. Maintains a positive team-oriented relationship with peers, adheres to uniform policy and nametag requirements, and performs other duties as assigned; expects basic math and cash handling skills, effective communication, and ability to pass required screenings. Travel for store coverage or training may be minimal.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills

- Cash handling and POS operation
- Ability to pass alcohol/drug screenings and criminal background check
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform policy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed
