Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate responsibilities include providing exceptional customer/donor service, ringing up customers at the POS, stocking donated goods, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and promoting Goodwill’s Roundup program. Requires greeting customers, handling transactions accurately, adhering to the POS system, stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining a professional appearance with uniform and nametag, and supporting team goals. Key skills include effective communication, basic math and cash handling, ability to establish positive customer connections, flexibility with scheduling, and willingness to transfer to other locations as directed. Must comply with background checks and alcohol/drug screening as part of employment. Knowledge of round-up program and donation processing is a plus.
