Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs and support the shopping experience; uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment; promote customer programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment; follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; create an inclusive store environment; support team across the store; perform other tasks as assigned by management; prior retail and golf-industry experience preferred; ability to stand and lift 15-35 lbs occasionally and to stand/walk for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Golf industry experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours)
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours)
