Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you will create an exceptional shopping experience by proactively approaching customers, understanding their needs, and promoting company programs. You will uphold merchandising and presentation standards while supporting a collaborative and inclusive store environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality of Company information and supporting various tasks as assigned by management. Successful candidates will possess a customer-focused mentality, accountability, and the ability to handle physical tasks related to the role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Desired Qualifications
- Golf industry experience preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
