Uphold merchising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all company information and create an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail experience is preferred, with a focus on golf industry knowledge.
