Retail Sales Associate Golf

Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs and support the shopping experience; uphold merchandising standards, floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment; promote programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment; follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; create an inclusive store environment; support the team across the store and perform additional tasks as assigned. Key skills include customer service, product knowledge, merchandising execution, teamwork, accountability, decision-making, and initiative. Physical tasks include standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 15-35 lbs; ability to perform repetitive motions and work in a retail environment. Targeted pay range is $16.50-$24.50 per hour with location/experience-based variation.
