Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist in selecting golf gear, maintain proper merchandising and floor-set presentation, promote loyalty programs and warranty/credit card enrollment, enforce safety and loss-prevention policies, and support inventory replenishment. Demonstrates product knowledge and customer-focused service to create an inclusive store environment. Prior retail and golf knowledge preferred; candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15-35 lbs; flexible for part-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Golf industry experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours)
- Ability to perform repetitive motions (up to 2 hours)
