Greet customers proactively to understand their needs and support their shopping experience while upholding merchandising standards through floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales, and adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality and foster an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail experience and golf industry knowledge are preferred.
