Uphold merchandising standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory replenishment protocols. Promote company programs including loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Create an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and treated with respect. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail experience and golf industry knowledge are preferred.
