Job Summary
Engage every customer in Hard Goods areas including Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories to drive sales and enhance experience. Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation while ensuring equipment and supplies remain operational. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs, explain features and benefits, and execute proper fittings regarding shaft, grip, and specifications. Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, and promotions. Keep the Hard Goods area clean and professional at all times. Maintain flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- Strong self-accountability
- Proactive drive for results
