Job Summary
Wellness Advisor at Sunnyside dispensaries provides customer-focused cannabis product recommendations, educates on product impacts, performs order fulfillment, cash handling, inventory checks, and ensures regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include greeting customers, building relationships, educating on products, applying selling techniques, verifying IDs, ensuring accurate orders, labeling and packaging, maintaining records, conducting inventory counts, organizing merchandise, enforcing security and safety SOPs, and escalating issues. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, 21+ years old, and flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
