Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers to use tanning equipment. Offers guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, store bonuses, training, and benefits. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 18 years old. Located in Hollywood, CA with in-person work and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
